Black Ridge Vineyard Estates
During Mark's 4 years at Black Ridge, he was responsible for the management of all aspects of construction for three custom homes totaling over 35,000 square feet, site infrastructure installation and the installation of the vineyards. His scope of work included setting up policies and procedures, handling the permitting processes with the various departments within the County of Santa Clara, establishing and managing the bidding processes, qualifying subcontractors and supervising their progress.
