 The stonework is coming along nicely on the Landes residence. Inside house project is currently at the sheetrocking stage.

The Landes Vineyard Barn is a 60' x 80' structure with an all natural stone finish. The wood garage doors were installed recently.

The Landes vineyard barn. The slate roof and the stone exterior are now completed. The electrical and plumbing are being done inside now.

When completed, the winding drive to the Landes residence, will be landscaped with grapevines and olive trees.

An aerial shot of the Vineyard barn gives a good perspective of it's orientation within Black Ridge. The main entry and A portion of the Vineyard operations building can be seen to the right and a portion of Jim's house foundation can be seen in the upper left corner.
